Think your shipment is lost?

Genuinely lost cargo is rare — most “missing” shipments are a scan gap or a customs hold. Email your reference to trace@trucelogistics.com and our trace desk opens an investigation within 4 working hours. If cargo is confirmed lost, your insurance claim is handled by us end to end.
