Quotes
A quote given through the website or by email is an estimate based on the information you provide. It becomes binding only when we confirm your booking in writing. Rates can change when cargo details, dimensions, routes or third-party charges differ from what was quoted.
Tracking information
The tracking page shows the most recent status and location we have recorded for your shipment. Carrier updates can arrive late, so the information is given for guidance and is not a guarantee of an exact position or delivery time.
Using the website
- Only enter your own details, or details you have permission to share.
- Do not try to access shipment information that does not belong to you, or interfere with how the site works.
- Content on the site, including text, images and the TruceLogistics name and logo, belongs to TruceLogistics and may not be reused without our permission.
Liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available but cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Liability for cargo is governed by your booking terms and the international conventions that apply to the mode of transport. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
